Ambienta enters Nordics with acquisition of water infrastructure group No Dig Alliance
Ambienta SGR S.p.A. (“Ambienta”), one of Europe’s leading asset managers focusing on investments in environmental sustainability, entered into an agreement on 24 June 2025 to acquire all the shares in No Dig Alliance from Equip Capital and several minority sellers. No Dig Alliance’s leadership team and founders will reinvest meaningfully in the transaction, reinforcing their commitment to the company’s long-term growth journey.
The transaction marks a strategic milestone for Ambienta as its first investment in the Nordics, representing a key step in the company’s pan-European expansion strategy. No Dig Alliance is a sustainability leader in trenchless technology water infrastructure services in the Nordics region. The group installs and renovates underground pipelines without digging, using methods that are resource-efficient and have a minimal impact on the environment.
Mannheimer Swartling advised Ambienta in the transaction. The transaction is expected to close in Q3 2025.
