Altor divests all its shares in RevolutionRace

On 23 October 2025, Altor Fund IV (Altor) carried out a placement of 16,299,438 shares in RevolutionRace at a selling price of SEK 60 per share, representing all of Altor’s shares in RevolutionRace.

Mannheimer Swartling has, since RevolutionRace was listed on Nasdaq Stockholm in June 2021, advised Altor in connection with divestments of shares in RevolutionRace. The firm’s team has mainly consisted of Victor Karlsson, Isabel Frick and Kevin Ewerlöf.
