KRY acquires psychological healthcare group PBM

The healthcare provider KRY has acquired PBM, which is specialised in behavioural psychology and has clinics in Stockholm, Göteborg, Malmö, Östergötland and Gävle, as well as platforms for handling and treating mental illness digitally.

The transaction is subject to customary approvals. KRY was advised by Mannheimer Swartling in the transaction.
