AIP Management acquires Aldermyrberget wind park

IP Management has acquired the wind park Aldermyrberget in the municipality of Skellefteå.

The wind park is operational and comprises 17 wind turbines with a total installed capacity of 71 MW. The acquisition expands AIP Management’s renewable energy infrastructure portfolio in the Nordics.

AIP Management is a Nordic investment manager focused on the energy transition in Europe and North America and has since 2012 led investments of approximately EUR 8 billion in infrastructure assets.

AIP Management was advised by Mannheimer Swartling in the transaction. The firm’s team consisted primarily of Johan Ljungberg, Azra Skorupan, Jolly Bou Rahal, Ellinor Nilsson, Sebastian Högkvist, Jonas Larson, Felicia Lindström, Emma Johansson, Oliver Toresson, Susanne Fagerman, Sejla Ahmetovic and Saleh Ashkar.
