Saab establishes an EMTN programme and issues its first EUR-denominated notes
Saab AB (publ) (“Saab”) has established a Euro Medium Term Note programme (the “EMTN Programme”) under a framework of EUR 2 billion and has in connection therewith prepared an offering circular that has been approved by Euronext Dublin. In September 2026, Saab issued notes under the EMTN Programme in a total amount of EUR 300 million, marking its debut in the Eurobond market.
Under the EMTN Programme, Saab may continuously issue medium term notes on the capital market in euros and other currencies. The notes issued in September, which are Saab’s first EUR-denominated notes, are intended to be admitted to trading on the Euronext Dublin’s Global Exchange Market.
