Ziklo Bank establishes EMTN Programme

Ziklo Bank AB (publ) (“Ziklo”) has established a Euro Medium Term Note Programme (the “EMTN Programme”) with a framework of EUR 3 billion and has in connection therewith prepared a base prospectus which has been approved by the Central Bank of Ireland.

Under the EMTN Programme, Ziklo may continuously issue notes (medium term notes) on the Eurobond-market. The EMTN Programme also enables the issuance of Green Bonds, the proceeds of which are intended to finance or refinance battery electric vehicles with zero carbon dioxide emissions, in accordance with Ziklo’s Green Bond Framework. Notes issued under the EMTN Programme are intended to be admitted to trading on Euronext Dublin.

Ziklo was founded in 1959 and provides vehicle financing and related mobility solutions in Sweden, with the primary purpose of supporting the sales of Volvo Cars products and products marketed by Swedish Volvo dealers. Ziklo’s operations are conducted within the Cars, Fleet and Trucks segments, as well as through the CarPay payment solution.
