Saab divests its Public Safety Solutions operations

Saab has entered into an agreement to divest its Public Safety Solutions operations to Norwegian Omda AS.

Saab Public Safety Solutions is a leading provider of situational awareness for mission critical organisations including police, fire, airport and transport, to enable faster, more informed decision-making and support a more coordinated response. The divestment is in line with Saab’s strategy to increase its focus on core areas of its business.

Completion of the divestment is subject to certain conditions that are expected to be fulfilled in Q4 2026.

Mannheimer Swartling advised Saab in the transaction. The team was primarily comprised of Emma Olnäs Fors, Ellinor Nilsson, Max Karlsson, Saleh Ashkar, My Karlsson and Nelly Sigurdsson.
