Teqt Group, a portfolio company of Aspira Partners, has entered into a new facilities agreement

Teqt Group AB (”Teqt Group”), a portfolio company of Aspira Partners (“Aspira”), has entered into a new facilities agreement with two major Nordic lenders.

The new facilities agreement replaces Teqt Group’s existing facility agreements and further strengthens its financial stability and continued growth.

Aspira is a private equity firm founded in 2020 with the ambition of being a leading growth partner to successful founders and entrepreneurs. Aspira invests in established and profitable entrepreneur-led small and medium-sized companies in the Nordics, supporting entrepreneurs and management teams in executing defined growth strategies.

Teqt Group was established by Aspira in 2021 together with leading entrepreneurs in the roofing industry and is today the leading Nordic specialist group in roofing with the ambition to grow further in the Northen European market. The group has a complete offering, consisting of roof and solar panel installations within renovation, service and new build.
