Svea Solar successfully secures a SEK 400 million debt facility
Svea Solar has reached financial close on a debt financing facility with Swedbank AB (publ).
The financing provides Svea Solar with SEK 400 million to accelerate the expansion of solar energy in Sweden.
Svea Solar is a leading actor in the solar energy sector, driving the shift to renewable energy in Europe and the transition towards a more sustainable future. Svea Solar has since 2014 finalized over 50,000 installations across several European markets, aiming to rid the planet of fossil fuels.
Svea Solar was advised by Mannheimer Swartling in the transaction. The firm’s team primarily consisted of Emil Görrel, Annelie Burström, Alice Lindgren, Emma Olnäs Fors, Johanna Björnfot, Anna Paulin-Rosell, Aram Shokor and Jonas Larson.
