A Nordic bank syndicate has entered into a facilities agreement with Synsam
In June 2025, a bank syndicate comprised of Danske Bank A/S, Danmark, Sverige Filial, Nordea Bank Abp, filial i Sverige and Swedbank AB (publ) and Synsam AB (publ) (“Synsam”) entered into an unsecured facilities agreement consisting of multicurrency term loan facilities of SEK 2,500 million and a revolving credit facility of SEK 1,000 million.
The new facilities agreement has been used to refinance and replace Synsam’s existing facilities agreement.
Synsam is a leading optician group in the Nordic region. The group has approximately 4,000 employees and almost 600 stores in the Nordics.
