Apollo acquires pan-European data centre platform from STACK Infrastructure
Apollo Management International LLP acquires pan-European data centre platform from STACK Infrastructure, a portfolio company of Blue Owl Digital Infrastructure Advisors LLC.
The platform includes leading data centres in Oslo, Stockholm, Copenhagen, Geneva, and Milan, serving the data centre and connectivity needs of a diverse portfolio of blue-chip enterprise clients, including telecommunications carriers, IT and services companies and financial institutions.
Apollo is a high-growth, global alternative asset manager. As of December 31, 2024, Apollo had approximately USD 751 billion of assets under management.
Completion of the transaction is subject to customary conditions and regulatory approvals.
