New case law – Termination Due to Refusal to Work

Justifiable reasons for termination due to refusal to work according to the main agreement on employment protection between the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise and the Negotiation and Cooperation Council PTK. There were justifiable reasons for the termination of a telemarketer who did not make as many call attempts as specified in his employment contract and who was warned that his employment was at risk and subsequently given more than reasonable time to consider.
