EMK Capital becomes majority owner in Pinerock Group
EMK Capital has entered into an agreement to become the majority owner of Pinerock Group.
Pinerock Group has a turnover of approximately SEK 2 billion and employs approximately 350 employees. Pinerock Group operates in Sweden and offers services in, among other things, construction services and renovation projects, which consists of the businesses Metrolit Byggnads, Metrolit Service, HRB Gruppen, LJ Byggteam and Bygg R1.
