Emma Eklind is a member of Mannheimer Swartling’s Real Estate practice group and Energy sector group. Emma specialises in real estate law and regularly assists clients with real estate matters in energy transactions, lease and right of use issues, and matters relating to special real estate law.
Emma also has experience of pre-construction leasing and regularly works with both lease-related and implementation issues connected to these lettings. Emma also regularly assists clients in lease disputes and other property-related dispute resolution.
