Jessica Ekengren is a member of Mannheimer Swartling’s Dispute Resolution practice group. She represents clients in court proceedings as well as in domestic and international arbitrations, advising clients at all stages of a dispute. She has experience of disputes in a number of areas and industries, including M&A, contract law, construction and regulatory matters. She is part of Mannheimer Swartling’s specialist group for contentious regulatory matters and works with regulatory investigations, as well as proceedings in administrative courts.
