Ivar Hyllstam is a member of the firm’s Real Estate practice group and the Infrastructure and Construction industry group. Ivar specialises in real estate and construction law and advises clients in all phases of a construction project – from structuring the project and drafting agreements to project implementation and the resolution of disputes.
In addition, Ivar regularly assists clients in connection with project development, commercial lease and usufruct matters, as well as issues relating to specific real estate law. He also has a broad experience in foundation law.
