Karl Thor is a member of Mannheimer Swartling’s Dispute Resolution practice group and specialises in arbitration. He has represented clients in commercial arbitration proceedings under a number of institutional arbitration rules (including those of the SCC and ICC) and assists during all phases of a dispute – from early case assessments and claim letters to settlement negotiations and proceedings before Swedish and international arbitral tribunals as well as Swedish courts. He has also assisted clients with various forms of internal investigations. He has experience from disputes in a wide range of areas and industry sectors, such as energy, defence, telecom, medical technology and automotive.
