He has extensive experience in structuring, negotiating and executing complex national and international transactions. He advises both corporates, including a number of Swedish household names, and private equity firms, and he has particularly strong long-standing relationships in the telecoms, healthcare/wellness and private equity industries. His practice covers a broad spectrum of private M&A matters, including acquisitions and divestments, joint ventures and other strategic partnerships and complex cross-border carve-outs. He also has significant expertise in deal structuring and is a prominent member of the firm’s Private Equity practice.
