Martin Johansson is a member of the firm’s practice group for Environmental Law. Martin has several years experience of advising clients within i.a. the industry and energy sectors regarding questions on permitting and supervision under the Environmental Code. He represents clients in courts and administrative proceeding regarding large and complex environmental issues as well as minor matters. Martin’s focus areas include advising Swedish and international clients regarding nuclear operations in Sweden. He also advises clients on issues regarding criminal environmental law and occupational health and safety law in the industry and construction sectors.
