The Sixth AP Fund invests in Tobii
The Sixth Swedish National Pension Fund (AP6) has made a SEK 100 million investment in Swedish Tobii Technology, a leading provider of eye tracking technology used for a broad range of computer, analytics and assistive applications. Tobii was founded in 2001 and is headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden.
AP6 manages public pension funds valued at approximately SEK 22 billion that invest in a selection of private equity funds and directly in small and medium-sized unlisted companies.
AP6 was advised by Mannheimer Swartling in the transaction. The firm’s team was led by Clas Nyberg, primarily assisted by Joel Englund. Emil Albihn Henriksson advised on intellectual property matters.
