System suppliers Exir and Arkivator merge
Exirgruppen AB has merged its Swedish and Hungarian operations with the Arkivator group. The merger has been effected through an exchange of shares whereby Exirgruppen AB has become a shareholder of Arkivator Holding AB alongside IGC Industrial Growth Company AB.
The combined group is expected to generate an annual turnover of SEK 1.1 billion and will have 600 employees, with operations in Sweden, Hungary and China. The new group has operations within machining, telecommunication products and development and manufacture of machines for the packaging industry.
Exirgruppen was advised by Mannheimer Swartling in the transaction. The firm’s team was led by Peter Idsäter, with Andreas Elving handling the assignment, primarily assisted by Elin Gilmark and Viktor Nykvist.
