Stena Renewable acquires wind turbines from Vestas Northern Europe
Stena Renewable AB has, through its wholly owned subsidiary Lemnhult Energi AB, entered into a turbine supply agreement and an agreement on service and maintenance regarding 32 wind turbine generators to be erected in Lemnhult, Municipality of Vetlanda, with Vestas Northern Europe AB. The agreements include delivery, erection and 15 years of service of the wind turbines in Lemnhult.
Stena Renewable AB is a long term investor in renewable energy and is part of the Stena group. The company develops new projects and successfully manages already running wind parks around the country.
Stena Renewable AB was advised by Mannheimer Swartling in the transaction. Mårten Tagaeus was responsible for the matter, and was primarily assisted by Josefin Engblom and Emma Österdahl.
