SEB sets up Swedish property fund
Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (SEB) has set up Domestica Bostäder II, a real estate fund which will focus on making investments in residential properties located in the southern and middle parts of Sweden. Domestica Bostäder II is a follow-up fund to Domestica Bostäder I, which was set up in 2012, and is based on a Swedish AB-structure where the investors will invest through a combination of profit participating loans and debentures.
SEB was advised by Manheimer Swartling in the project. The firm’s team included Peter Alhanko and Christopher Arkbrant, primarily assisted by Jonas Andersson. Anders Erasmie advised on tax matters.
