ProLogis European Properties refinances Swedish Property Portfolio
Mannheimer Swartling has advised ProLogis European Properties (Euronext: PEPR) in connection with the refinancing of its portfolio of distribution facilities located in Norrköping, Örebro, and Gothenburg, Sweden. The loan, a five-year secured bank loan facility provided by Helaba (Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen), amounted to approximately €48 million and was split into two tranches of SEK 332.5 million (approximately €32.5 million) and €15.5 million.
ProLogis European Properties is Europe’s largest owner of modern distribution facilities. The transaction is a further step in achieving ProLogis European Properties' ambition to reduce short-term debt maturities, create a balanced maturity profile and decrease overall balance sheet risk.
