Orkla Foods Sverige purchases Lecora
Orkla Foods Sverige has acquired the Swedish food company Lecora AB, a leading producer of frozen and chilled products to the retail and foodservice market in Sweden. Lecora’s vegetarian and vegan products will strengthen Orkla Foods Sverige’s product portfolio and the acquisition is well in line with Orkla Foods Sverige’s strategic ambitions in relation to health and sustainability. The transaction closed at the end of March.
