Nordic Gaming Group acquired by Betsson
The gaming business of Nordic Gaming Group, a privately-held company based on Malta, is acquired by Betsson for an up-front purchase price of EUR 65 million and a contingent, additional purchase price of up to EUR 20 million, bringing the total potential purchase price to EUR 85 million.
Nordic Gaming Group offers sports betting, casino and poker to Nordic and Baltic customers under the trademarks NordicBet, Tobet and Triobet. Betsson is a listed Swedish holding company that invests in Internet gaming services companies; the Betsson share is listed on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm.
