Mannheimer Swartling’s Fredrik Sjövall author of a new book on international disputes
Norstedts Juridik recently published the first book in Swedish on the new Brussels I Regulation, the most important piece of legislation dealing with international civil procedure in Sweden and Europe. The title of the book is ‘The European Civil Procedure Regulations’ (Sw. De europeiska civilprocessförordningarna) and treats, in addition to the Brussels I Regulation, three supplementary civil procedural regulations. It is written by Fredrik Sjövall and Samuel Rudvall and supported by Mannheimer Swartling.
On 25 April 2018, Mannheimer Swartling hosted a seminar in Stockholm on the occasion of the book release. At the seminar, the development towards a more commercially oriented regulation was discussed and debated.
Fredrik Sjövall is active within the firm’s practice groups EU and Competition and Dispute Resolution.
