Mannheimer Swartling tops TNS Sifo Prospera client survey for the third year in a row
For the third year in a row, Mannheimer Swartling has earned the highest “overall performance” ranking in TNS Sifo Prospera’s Tier 1 Law Firm Review, an annual survey where corporate lawyers and executives evaluate their cooperation with law firms in Sweden.
“We are very proud of these results. To top the rankings for three consecutive years is further confirmation of our ability to provide advice and service of the highest quality to each client,” says Jan Dernestam, the firm’s managing partner. “We are also very grateful to our clients for taking the time to respond to this survey and provide feedback in the meetings we have with them throughout the year. This means that we can continue to improve our services and processes based on their needs and business challenges.”
The TNS Sifo Prospera study, conducted June–September 2015, evaluates commercial law firms by surveying over 200 Sweden-based organisations that spend at least SEK 2 million a year on legal services. Participating in the annual survey are executives and corporate lawyers, CEOs, CFOs, and transactional and business development managers at companies based in Sweden. They rate various aspects of law firms’ services; among the sixteen criteria assessed are legal expertise, professionalism, integrity & ethics, ability to manage large projects and specialist competence.
