Mannheimer Swartling publishes the third edition of the book A Guide to Commercial Dispute Resolution
In September the third edition of the book "A Guide to Commercial Dispute Resolution" was launched. The book provides a structured review of the different dispute resolution alternatives available to parties. The guide also provides concrete advice for anyone negotiating dispute resolution clauses with foreign opposing parties as regards, inter alia, the election of a seat for arbitration proceedings and applicable law. The reader is provided with a reference for model clauses and examples of how certain dispute resolution issues can be regulated. As a whole, the guide provides concrete guidance for anyone who has reason to consider appropriate dispute resolution clauses for Swedish and/or international commercial agreements.
The authors are Robin Oldenstam, Fredrik Andersson, Christoffer Monell, Jakob Ragnwaldh, Alexander Foerster and Fredrik Ringquist and they are all members of the practice group for dispute resolution at Mannheimer Swartling. The group is the leading practice in the Nordic region and ranked top tier globally. Additional information concerning the practice group for dispute resolution at Mannheimer Swartling can be found here.
The book is available for order on Jure.
