Hampus Thofte is a member of the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions practice group and a partner based in the firm’s New York office. Mr. Thofte joined the firm in 2003 and is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Swedish Bar Association. He has received LL.M. degrees from Stockholm University and Pace Law School and a degree in Economics and Business Administration from Stockholm University.
