Mannheimer Swartling nominated for “Best National Firm for Women in Business Law” award
Mannheimer Swartling has been nominated to receive the “Best National Firm for Women in Business Law 2012” award in the second annual Euromoney Legal Media Group Europe Women in Business Law Awards. Mannheimer Swartling is the only firm from the Nordic countries named to the shortlist in this category.
The firm has also been nominated in three additional categories: best gender diversity initiative by a national firm, best national firm mentoring programme, and best national firm for work-life balance. Two of the firm’s partners have also been nominated for individual awards: Eva Hägg (Capital Markets Equity and Corporate Governance) and Helena Rempler (Insurance & Reinsurance).
The Euromoney Legal Media Group Europe Women in Business Law Awards recognise the best initiatives for gender diversity, innovation, minority women, mentoring, worklife balance, pro bono work and talent management and are based on the publisher’s research, as well as law firm and in-house interviews. The winners will be announced at an awards ceremony in London on 20 June.
