Mannheimer Swartling named “Law Firm of the Year: Scandinavia & The Baltic States” at The Lawyer European Awards 2010
The Lawyer magazine announced that Mannheimer Swartling was named “Law Firm of the Year: Scandinavia & The Baltic States” at The Lawyer European Awards 2010 held in Berlin on 23 September 2010.
A panel of judges, including managing partners at private practice firms and in-house counsel at multinational companies, aid The Lawyer in the selection process. The judges review submissions looking for evidence of strategic vision, partnership ethos, financial performance and growth, consistent excellence in chosen sectors, and talent management.
“We’re honoured to receive this award, but it’s really our clients who deserve the recognition. We are privileged to have such a strong platform of clients who entrust us with their most challenging matters and appreciate the nimbleness in our full service approach – this is what brings out the best of our abilities.” – Biörn Riese, Partner and Chairman of the Board.
In addition to Biörn Riese, Dr. Thomas Kaiser-Stockmann and Maria Wolleh from the firm’s Berlin office were in attendance at the awards ceremony hosted by the former US ambassador Sir Christopher Meyer.
