Mannheimer Swartling highest ranked in TNS Sifo Prospera client survey for the fifth year in a row
For the fifth consecutive year, Mannheimer Swartling has been ranked highest in the category "Overall performance" in TNS Sifo Prospera's annual survey, 1 Law Firm Review, where in-house lawyers and executives evaluate their cooperation with law firms in Sweden.
"To be at the top for the fifth consecutive year is something we are very proud of ", says Jan Dernestam, Managing Partner at Mannheimer Swartling. "We see this as an confirmation of our ability to deliver exceptional advice and service to each and every one of our clients."
The achievement of being highest ranked for the fifth time in a row is something that could not have been done without the feedback from the clients, Jan Dernestam continues:
"We are of course very grateful for the feedback we receive from our clients, both in this survey and in meetings during the year. Thanks to this feedback, we can continue to develop our advice and services, always based on the client's needs and challenges.
The TNS Sifo Prospera survey was conducted from June to September 2017. The purpose of the survey is to evaluate commercial law firms by reviewing over 200 Sweden-based companies that buy legal services for at least SEK 2 million in a year. This includes executives and in-house lawyers, CEOs, CFOs, as well as transaction and business development managers. They all have graded different aspects of law firms' services, among the 16 criteria assessed are legal skills, professionalism, ethical standards, pricing and the ability to manage large projects.
