Hemsö acquires real property from Niam for SEK 2 billion
Swedish property company Hemsö Fastighets AB has signed an agreement with Niam to acquire a portfolio of judiciary premises in a transaction valued at approximately SEK 2 billion. The properties are located in Stockholm, Solna, Lund and Malmö and the main tenants are the national Courts Administration, the Police Authorities and the Prosecution Authority. The total leasable area is approximately 73 000 square meters.
Hemsö is a Swedish property company that owns, manages and develops buildings for community services in Sweden and Germany. The Hemsö group is owned by The Third Swedish National Pension Fund (85%) and real property company Sagax (15%).
