Fortnox acquires Offerta Group AB

Fortnox and Garden Street Marketplaces AB (“GSMP”) has entered into an agreement through which Fortnox acquires all shares in Offerta Group AB for SEK 300 million (on a cash- and debt-free basis and including a normalized working capital).

Offerta is Sweden’s largest service brokerage provider with the aim to make it easier for service providers to find new customers and for customers to find good service providers. Under the ownership of GSMP, the company has developed into today’s market-leading service brokerage provider in across 140 different industries and with approximately 80,000 inquiries from consumers annually.

The acquisition is conditioned upon the general meeting of Fortnox authorising the board of directors to decide on a directed issue of the shares to GSMP and that such authorisation is registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office .
