Cellwoodgruppen divests A.K. Eriksson to US-based USNR
Cellwoodgruppen, a privately held Swedish industrial group, has divested its ownership in A.K. Eriksson to US-based USNR, a provider of solutions for wood processors in the plywood and panel, solid wood, and engineered wood sectors, and now the largest supplier in the world of equipment for the sawmill industry.
A.K. Eriksson is the parent company in an international group of companies, which includes, among others, Söderhamn Eriksson AB. The group has approximately 200 employees at sites in Mariannelund and Söderhamn, Sweden.
Cellwoodgruppen was advised by Mannheimer Swartling in the transaction. The firm’s team consisted of Emma Olnäs Fors, Emelie Thor and Malin Selin.
