Bonnier’s real property company extends lease with PwC in Stockholm
The Swedish real property company Bonnier Fastigheter has extended its lease with PwC in Stockholm for another 12 years. The new agreement, likely to be one of Sweden’s largest lease negotiations this year, covers approximately 21 000 square meters in Bonnierhuset and offers PwC a more efficient office solution and the ability to expand the number of work stations in the existing premises.
Bonnier Fastigheter, which is wholly owned by the Bonnier family, was formed in 1985 to manage and develop the Bonnier Group’s real property holdings. The company owns and manages commercial real estate in the greater Stockholm region comprising approximately 300,000 square meters.
Bonnier Fastigheter was advised by Mannheimer Swartling in the matter. The firm's team consisted of Klas Wennström, primarily assisted by Olle Källström.
