Alingsås Energi Nät has acquired district heating business from Statkraft Värme, including the district heating plant Sävelundsverket.
Alingsås Energi Nät is the parent company of a group of companies ultimately owned by the municipality of Alingsås and is active within the field of electricity trading, electricity and urban networks and district heating, focusing on energy-efficient and climate-friendly solutions.
Alingsås Energi Nät was advised by Mannheimer Swartling in the transaction.
