Accent Equity merges Vinga Hiss into Motum
The elevator companies I.T.K. and Hissgruppen have since September 2013 been part of a group, Motum, with Accent Equity 2012 as main owner. Motum has now acquired all shares in the elevator company Vinga Hiss. The founders of Vinga Hiss will co-invest and be active in Motum together with the founders of I.T.K and Hissgruppen.
Vinga Hiss installs, modernizes and provides services for elevators with a focus on tailored solutions for each customer. The Motum group will after the current acquisition have an aggregate turnover of approximately SEK 330 million.
Accent Equity 2012 is a SEK 3.8 billion investment fund focusing on lower mid-market transactions in the Nordic.
