Northvolt’s project financing awarded PFI’s “Europe Industrial Deal of the Year” 2020

Mannheimer Swartling is proud to announce that it has advised Northvolt on Northvolt’s USD 1.6 billion project financing to set up Europe’s first lithium-ion Gigafactory in Skellefteå, Sweden.

The deal was recently awarded by Project Finance International (PFI) as the “Europe Industrial Deal of the Year” for 2020.
