KPMG divests its business regarding audit, advisory and tax services to smaller companies
KPMG Sweden has entered into an agreement with Azets regarding the divestment of the parts of the business that primarily focuses on audit, advisory and tax services to smaller companies, parts of the business to medium-sized companies in certain locations and audit and certain advisory services to municipalities and regions.
The divestment will enable KPMG to develop and strengthen its offering to large and medium-sized companies as well as companies with strong growth potential. The transaction is expected to be finalised during the summer of 2025.
