Vi Invest signs long-term cooperation with Marriott

Vi Invest’s hotel under establishment in Ulriksdal will open by the end of 2019. Vi Invest have signed an agreement with the hotel group Marriott that the hotel will be a part of the hotel chain’s concept AC Hotels By Marriott. The hotel is going to have 223 rooms, conference facilities, lounge, restaurant, bar, gym and its own spa and relax section with pool.

AC Hotels By Marriotts business idea is to offer urban metropolitan hotels with focus on design and great positions. The hotel in Ulriksdal will be their first in Sweden.

Vi Invest, who is based in Stockholm, owns another four hotels in Stockholm: Hotel Bentleys Drottninggatan, Vanadis Hoterl & Bad, Hotel Karlaplan and Hotel Gamla Stan.
