The Nomo group has acquired Rotera Kullager
The Nomo group, a part of Axel Johnson International, has acquired Rotera Kullager i Täby AB and Rotera Kullager i Västberga AB in two simultaneous transactions. Rotera Kullager supplies bearings, transmissions and seals to industrial customers in the Swedish market. Nomo has worked closely together with Rotera Kullager during many years and considers it highly beneficial that Rotera Kullager now becomes a part of the Nomo group. The acquisitions were completed on 5 February 2018.
