Skanska Wind Power Invest sells its shares in Mullbergs wind park to Persson Invest
Skanska Wind Power Invest AB has sold all its shares (corresponding to fifty per cent of all shares) in Mullbergs Vindpark AB to AB Persson Invest, for a purchase price of approximately SEK 370 million.
Mullbergs Vindpark AB owns the producing onshore wind park Mullbergs, located in the municipality of Berg. The wind park comprises 26 Siemens SWT 113-3,0 MW wind turbines with a total capacity of 78 MW. Mullbergs Vindpark AB also owns the subsidiary Mullbergs Elnät AB, that distributes electricity from the wind power generated in the park.

Persson Invest is a family-owned company established 1932 with real property management as one of the company’s five core businesses. Persson Invest has a turnover of SEK 6 billion and has 1,300 employees.
