SAS has successfully issued a SEK 1½ billion denominated senior unsecured bond

SAS has successfully issued a SEK 1,500,000,000 senior unsecured bond carrying an annual fixed coupon of 5.375 per cent due 2022. The net proceeds of the Issuer were used to finance existing financial indebtedness and for general corporate purposes. An application for a listing of the new bonds on Nasdaq Stockholm will be made.

Nordea Bank and Danske Bank acted as Global Coordinators whilst SEB and Swedbank acted as Joint Bookrunners for the transaction. Nordea also acted as Issuing Agent.
