SAS has carried out a SEK 1,270 million private placement

SAS AB has carried out a directed share issue raising approximately SEK 1,270 million through an accelerated book building process.

SAS is Scandinavia’s leading airline. The company offers more than 800 flights daily and annually more than 29 million passengers travel with SAS between nearly 120 destinations in Europe, the US and Asia. SAS is a member in Star Alliance™, a global network of 28 airlines, and has approximately 10,000 employees. In addition to airline operations, activities at SAS include ground handling services, technical maintenance and air cargo services. SAS’s common shares are listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, Nasdaq Copenhagen and Oslo Børs.
