RGS Nordic A/S divests its Swedish business to Sortera
The Danish company RGS Nordic A/S divests its Swedish subsidiary RGS Nordic AB to Sortera Group.
RGS Nordic AB, with 74 employees and an annual turnover of approximately SEK 500 million, is engaged in the business of handling soil and construction waste at several sites in Sweden. Following the divestment, RGS Nordic A/S will continue to focus on developing the company’s business objectives in Denmark.
Sortera’s acquisition of RGS Nordic AB is subject to customary competition approval.
