RES sells Buheii wind farm to Green Investment Group

RES has sold the 79.8MW wind farm project Buheii, situated in Kvinesdal, Norway, to Macquarie’s Green Investment Group, one of the world’s largest investors in renewable energy. RES will provide construction management and asset management services for the project. When fully operational, the wind farm will comprise of 19 Vestas V150 turbines which will produce enough low-carbon electricity to displace an estimated 15,000 tonnes CO2 emissions every year.
