Partners Group acquires Parmaco
Mannheimer Swartling advises Partners Group on the acquisition of Parmaco.
Partners Group, the leading global private markets firm, acting on behalf of its clients, has agreed to acquire Parmaco Oy, a leading education infrastructure platform headquartered in Finland with operations also in Sweden, from a consortium led by European private equity firms Terra Firma and Metric Capital.
