O’Learys acquires a majority stake in Harrys Pubar
O’Learys is a leading chain of sports themed and entertainment focused restaurants with over 100 restaurants across the word.
Social Eatertainment Group (former O’Learys Holding) has acquired a majority stake in Harrys Pubar in line with its strategy for continued expansion within the Eatertainment segment – a concept that involves food, sports, music and social game.
O’Learys was advised by Mannheimer Swartling in the transaction.
